A Brief History of Forensic DNA ,1990-2010

Environmental Science and Research (ESR) is a Crown Research Institute that among other science services undertakes forensic work for the New Zealand police. A section on the ESR site explains different aspects of their forensic work.

To mark two decades of DNA use in criminal cases ESR has produced the booklet titled A Brief History of Forensic DNA 1990-2010. marking 20 years of DNA analysis for the New Zealand criminal justice system.

Staff from ESR are involved with the Forensic Science Programme at the University of Auckland.
