Following a request in 2005 to compile “a list of publications in the last 10 years dealing with aspects of Auckland that geographers might be interested in - range across books, journals, theses, reports”, the Auckland Bibliography was compiled, and is now available online.
The bibliography is divided into three broad categories:
Human geography and environmental management,
Physical geography and environmental science, and
Teaching of geography and environmental science.
Within each category the arrangement is alphabetical by author.
Included are monographs, journal articles, theses, and research studies and projects where copies have been housed in the University of Auckland Library. The list is constantly being updated with current material. While primarily of interest to geographers and environmental scientists and managers, it should be of interest to a variety of people in other disciplines as well.
