Need an article? Use the Interlibrary Loan Service

If you find a great journal article you really want to read, but you can’t get the full text online through the library, use the Interlibrary Loan service. Complete a request form and library staff will get it for you. This is a free service (on the rare occasions when there is a cost, you are asked if you still want the article).

To access the request form, go to the Library homepage.  Click on Interlibrary Loan (under Request), click Connect, login with NetID and Password, click Submit.

If you need help the first time you use the system, please contact one of Philson Information Services staff.

Note: Sometimes Philson does not have the journal online but does have a print subscription. In this case, Interlibrary Loan staff will let you know and you will need to come and photocopy the article for yourself.
