Court orders Robert Moyer to pay costs towards an armed offenders squad callout deployed in response to a hoax emergency call he made on New Year's Day about a fatal shooting. It was later discovered that no violent acts had taken place.
The defence claimed Moyer did not recall making the call due to non-insane automatism. This explanation was dismissed by the judge.
