We now have full access to Making of Modern Law : Trials, 1600-1926.
A companion collection to the Making of Modern Law, MOML, Trials is a searchable database providing facsimile copies of over 10,000 items (about 2 million pages). The material includes transcripts, briefs, arguments, and other court documents, as well as popular printed accounts of sensational trials for murder, adultery, and other scandalous crimes. Documents are sourced from collections at the Harvard Law Library, Yale Law Library, and the Bar of the City of New York.
