        <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Lord Neuberger, President of the UK Supreme Court, gave the First Annual BAILII Lecture on 20 November, &lt;em&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.bailii.org/bailii/lecture/01.pdf"&gt;No Judgment - No Justice&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/em&gt;. It discussed the importance of judgments and their accessibility to the public.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.bailii.org/"&gt;BAILII&lt;/a&gt; (British and Irish Legal Information Institute) provides access to case law, legislation and Law Commission reports from Britain and Ireland and European Union case law.&lt;/p&gt;

I have taught English at the Taiyuan University of Technology for 14 years before I moved to New Zealand in 2001. I completed the Masters of Library and Information Studies at Victoria University of Wellington in 2004. I worked in various Wellington libraries to supplement my study, including the National Library, where I began my library career as a cataloguer.  I then worked as a subject librarian at the Architecture and Design Library at Victoria University of Wellington. Since 2007 I have been working at the Inland Revenue Department Library, where my interest in legal research began. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: black"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I am very happy to be joining the Davis Law Library subject librarian team and assisting with the legal research teaching programme. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: black"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I really enjoy my new life in Auckland. I am looking forward to meeting you all and helping you with your research queries as much as I possibly can.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
