Report any broken IC PCs and keyboards!

Are you tired of waiting for a computer in the IC only to find that the keyboard is faulty or it won't even start up?

Help us keep on top of fixing faulty PCs and keyboards by reporting any faults to the IC Helpdesk along with the desk number or by clicking the 'Report a Fault' link on the top of the Information Commons homepage.

Hi Emily, we checked it out and it was working fine by the time we got there?

On a related matter you'll be pleased to hear that all computers and keyboards in the Kate Edger Information Commons (City Campus) and the Epsom Information Commons (Epsom Campus) are being replaced with new ones in December this year. Grafton Information Commons (Grafton Campus) computers and keyboards will be replaced in the Inter Semester Break, July 2010.

We're hoping that there will be no more keyboard problems like we've experienced this year! The recent increase in keyboard problems is just as frustrating for us as it is for you. We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. 10/14/2009 9:19 AM | IC Helpdesk Staff
