So, you've graduated, you're leaving Uni and now you'd like your money back to get the unspent NetAccount quota refunded. This is possible, as long as it's the money you've added yourself (and not an allocation) and the sum exceeds $5.00.
To obtain a refund, please visit the IC Helpdesk on Level 2, Kate Edger IC, between 7am-3pm Monday to Friday. Please bring a proof of the bank account number with you, such as bank statement, deposit slip, or an online banking printout showing your account number.
