Between August 10 - 28 students and staff at the University of Auckland will be able to provide feedback on the services and facilities of the Library and the Information Commons. The Customer Satisfaction Survey is accessible from the Library's homepage and allows patrons to rate their experience of the various libraries and information commons across the University's campus.
The survey takes only a short amount of time to complete and all participants will have the opportunity to enter the draw to win a 120GB Apple iPod Classic.
The survey is a confidential document and will provide valuable information for how services in the various libraries and information commons can be improved. Results of the Library Survey will be made available on the Library website later in the year.
