Boardroom
The Library has acquired a corporate governance database for Australia called Boardroom. It provides corporate governance and other information for Australian listed and unlisted companies. This data is available over a time span going back to 2004.
Data includes basic business contact details, revenue, auditors, bankers, lawyers. The current composition of the board is available and also previous year’s information, as well as a summary of executive movements in the current year.
NZX Capital raisings
The other new resource is NZX Capital raisings, an online database from NZX identifying capital raised by issuers on the New Zealand sharemarket. It covers capital raised by initial public offers, secondary offers, renounceable rights issues, non-renounceable rights issues, placements, share purchase plans, and unit purchase plans.
