DigiZeitschriften is an archive of journals published in Germany, including some English language material.
Like JSTOR, it is a multidisciplinary collection. There are approximately 140 journals in the areas of Arts; Economics; Education; Egyptology; English language and literature; Geology; Germanic language and literature; History; Law; Librarianship; Mathematics; Music; Philology; Philosophy; Religion; Romance language and literature; Sciences; Sociology.
The archive goes as far back as the 19th Century for some journals, but the most recent few years of current journals are not available in this database.
Each journal title will eventually be added to the Library catalogue.
DigiZeitschriften is quite widely held by academic libraries in Europe and the United States, and we are the first library in NZ or Australia to get it.
