Dominican friar Peter Murnane and two peace activists were cleared of charges of burglary and wilful damage by a jury at the Wellington District Court.
The three men slashed a dome at the Waihopai spy base.
Peter has been Catholic Chaplain at the University of Auckland and an inveterate borrower from the University Library.
