The Journal of New Zealand Literature JNZL) is the only international, fully peer-reviewed journal devoted to New Zealand literary studies. Established in 1983 and published annually, JNZL carries scholarly and critical essays on all aspects of New Zealand literature and cultural studies. It also reviews books of critical interest in the field of New Zealand literary studies. Issues from 2004 onwards are now available in full text on the JSTOR database.
